Directors
The following men serve as volunteer officers and directors for Phi Phi Zeta House Corporation. Their efforts and loyalty to the fraternity give their undergraduate brothers a clean and safe place to live while attending school, as well as a home for the fraternity and its activities.
Adam Heidfeld, President
Adam Heidfeld, ΦΦ 368, is the President of the Housing Corporation, and was appointed to that position effective August 5th, 2010. He was initiated into Phi Phi Zeta on March 4, 2003. Adam attended Michigan Tech from Sept. 2001 to Dec. 2005, and received a BS Degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis. While an active, he served the chapter as High Alpha, High Sigma, High Tau, 1202 College Ave House Bills and the fraternity's representative to the Inter-fraternity Council (IFC). He was Alumni President in 2009.
Adam lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He works as a Structural Product Engineer for the Gas Turbine Business Unit at Donaldson Company, Inc. There he designs steel structures and other various products for gas turbine power plant projects located throughout the world. Adam is an Eagle Scout and a member of the Chi Epsilon Honor Society. He has excellent leadership and organization skills obtained from work experiences, boy scouts, and the various fraternity positions that he has held.

Mike Muller, Secretary
Michael Muller, ΦΦ 110, is the Secretary of the Corporation, appointed to that position effective October 15, 2006. Mike was initiated into Phi Phi Zeta on March 12, 1983. He attended Michigan Tech from 1981 until 1986, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. While an active, Mike served the chapter as High Sigma, and also as the fraternity's representative to the Interfraternity Council (IFC). He is currently employed as a Sales Engineer for SPX Service Solutions in Warren, Michigan. Mike lives in Harper Woods, Michigan.
Dan Cushard, Treasurer
Daniel M. Cushard, ΦΦ 285, is the Treasurer of the Corporation, appointed to the position effective October 23, 2008. Dan was initiated into Phi Phi Zeta on September 15, 1995. He attended Michigan Tech from 1994 until 1998, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. While an active, Dan served the chapter as High Alpha, High Beta and High Gamma. He is currently working at Blue Water Engraving & Rubber Stamps, implementing lean manufacturing. Dan lives in New Baltimore, Michigan
Tim Bednark, Director
Timothy A. Bednark, ΦΦ 187, is a Director of the Corporation, and is the longest-serving Member of the House Corporation. Tim was initiated into Phi Phi Zeta on May 8, 1987. He attended Michigan Tech from 1984 to 1988 and 1989 to 1990, receiving a Bachelor of Science in Scientific and Technical Communications and Business. While an active, Tim served the chapter as High Delta. Tim is a Program Manager for the Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, Michigan. In addition to his duties with the House Corporation, Tim serves the brotherhood as Treasurer of the Phi Phi Zeta Alumni Association, and also served as President of that organization from approximately 1991 until 2003. Tim lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan.
